I have always loved and been surrounded by animals. Growing up in a family of 7, we always had dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, and fish. I seemed to have passed that love onto my daughter because we still have many critters in our household.

My name is Kristi Hoffman, and I live life with my family. We do so many things together. My family has taught me to smile, have fun, be patient, love, and be selfless. I started my pet sitting business because I know people share the same concerns when we can’t take our pets along with us. I drove my first beloved dog (Winnie) 3000 miles to my parent’s house when I went to Europe on a bike ride. I felt like she would be safe there. I also left Winnie with a neighbor( who had a small dog sitting business), and when I returned, I received a 7-page letter about all of their adventures together. I still have that letter because it meant so much to me. We all want our pets to be safe, loved, and have some fun.

This beautiful place called Tahoe has been my home for 34 years. I am blessed to have had so many wonderful experiences here with my dogs. Jaguar, my second dog, lived 17 wonderful years in Tahoe. I think living in Tahoe keeps us all young. It’s the perfect place to hang out with our best friends. I live on the west shore of Tahoe in a great neighborhood. We have easy access to many trails, and we are also very close to the lake. My property has a securely fenced-in yard where the dogs can romp and play or lounge in the sun.
